The court ruled on a case that was presented to them armed with case law (Roe and Casey). You make it sound as if they targeted Roe as part of an agenda, which is simply true.

Roe was, and always has been, flawed and was an overreach of the Courts power, who has no place governing abortion or thrusting themselves into the bedrooms of Americans or there subsequent decisions arising rom the activities that take place, and even Democratic attorneys agree with this.

They introduced a decision that looked more like regulation and it is not the Courts place to make laws, it is to decide on matters of the Constitution and it's appliation to varies disputes.

Roe did not protects any rights of a woman, it removed the rights of the People to decide the provision of licensing for practitioners who offer abortions in cases of "potential life" which is defined as life prior to viability. Which means many existing abortion laws, such as those in New York, were NOT protected by Roe.

Overturning Roe did not strip any rights from woman, a woman is free to choose to have an abotrtion and have one performed in any jurisdiction whose regulatory provisions meets her needs.

You're blatantly misinterpreting what Justice Thomas said, but its irrelevant and not worth discussiing.

You fail to see the positive outcome of this decision. The United States Congress is now free to put abortion protections and provisions as they see fit as supported by 75% of the population, and the Supreme Court cannot, and will not, interfere with these regulations, which means they cannot be challenged, and notably, Joe Biden made a promise that this was a key goal of his administration. As such, they just did him, and any pro-choice supporter, a huge favor.

I do not gree with the stances from the right or the left on abortion, I think they are both ridiculously extreme, but I do not disagree with the decision made by the Supreme Court because in my opinion, and most attorneys both Repulican and Democrat, they do not have the power to rule on such matters and as such, it was the correct, albeit very unpopular, decision.
